Technical Support Engineer - Networking/Hardware (1-4 yrs)
Designation - Technical Support Engineer
Location - Hyderabad (Mindspace, HiTech)/Chennai (Guindy)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 24x7 Level 1 Helpdesk - ISP connectivity, desktop, OS, VPN, authentication, security remote support through voice, chat.
- Experience troubleshooting password login, Linux, Windows (hardware, software), Telecom Application (billing/data center).
- Hands on experience in incident management tools ServiceNow, GSuite, and Microsoft Office.
- International (US, EU, Australia) Inbound voice and chat experience.
- Accent trained.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Comfortable working in shifts, and US time zone.
Graduation/BE, diploma/certification in networking/ hardware.
1.1- 3 years- experience required
