Technical Support Executive - Electrical/Mechanical (1-4 yrs)
Position Title: - Technical Support Executive
Location: - Verna, Goa
Work Experience: - Min. 1 years+
Educational & Technical:- Diploma/ Degree (Electrical/ Mechanical) engineering
Job Responsibility:-
1. Provide comprehensive technical support services to retail customers on special kind of coffee.
2. Guiding the customer via phone / email to fix common issues.
3. Fixing defects in coffee machines and replacing defective parts with new ones.
4. Promptly notify management of any potentially dissatisfied customers.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction at the end of the call.
6. Must meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics focused on providing customer support.
7. Providing technical training to other team members.
8. Order processing.
9. Assisting Sales & Marketing team.
10. Multitasking - other tasks assigned from time to time.
Candidate Profile Candidate Profile
- Good English proficiency.
- Good communication skills to be able to talk to customers.
- Must hold a valid Indian passport
- Good Academics
