Technical Support Specialist (1-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for Windows operating systems, specifically Windows 10 and 11, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Utilize remote desktop support tools to assist users effectively and resolve technical issues promptly.

- Collaborate with team members to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

- Assist with the management of Active Directory and Group Policy, including user account management and policy enforcement.

- Demonstrate basic networking knowledge by resolving connectivity issues related to TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

- Document support processes and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.

- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development.

Technical Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Experience with remote desktop support tools to provide efficient and effective user support.

- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management for user account and permission control.

- Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP to troubleshoot connectivity issues.

- Proven experience in technical support or a related field.

- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a strong attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

- A positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
