Position : Head Technical Training.

Job Profile :
- Participation on the strategic development of the Apprenticeship program regarding new Apprentices,
- Goal setting and performance evaluation, cultural and legal regulations Personnel and Organizational responsibility of Apprentices at the India site.
- Training and handholding new apprentices
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Ensure high quality, consistent and innovative approaches for delivering programs
- Creation of new and additional training material for training in India
- Creating an environment that will promote learning and the motivation of the Apprentices Sourcing, selection and Hiring of Apprentices
- Membership and participation in working groups and / or project groups
- Leadership and personnel development of the Apprentices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Planning and preparation of work procedures and rotation schedules of Apprentices Coordinates and support department trainers within a defined scope of responsibility
- Close cooperation with Corporate Apprenticeship Development Team
- Supports career paths for Apprentices
Location : Hyderabad.
Experience : 5 - 10 years.
Qualification : B.E or B.tech in Mechanical or Electronic or Mechatronics
Salary : 15 L to 25 L p.a.
