You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation for our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policies and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. We are accepting applications for the position of Fulfillment Manager.
Eligibility :
- Graduate from Tier I/II colleges
- Minimum Work Experience of 2 years
- Prior E-commerce and Fulfillment experience is a plus
Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and processes.
- Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues.
- Oversee daily order processing and fulfillment.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Ensuring an appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies.
Operations Manager Requirements :
- Experience in operations management or supply chain management.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of financial management.
