Techno Electric & Engineering - Manager - Project - Solar (9-18 yrs)
- Responsible for the overall construction of solar power plant including all civil, Electrical & mechanical work.
- Planning and monitoring of overall site construction activities, according to the project specification, budget and time line target.
- Verify and finalize the engineering drawing, PO and technical specification prior to site execution
- Assign the job to the site Manager and Engineers with respective vendor and execute the job as per scope and specification. Update the DPR in daily basis and verify with the schedule.
- Conduct the weekly progress meeting and analyze site progress status. Vital problems have been identified and short it out through practical and technical discussion.
- Conduct the pre-commissioning activities as per standard procedure
- Liaison with the government representative for inspection and commissioning approval process, Like CEIG Approval
- Preparation, monitoring and updating of Project schedule all the Projects in MSProject.
- Tracking all the activities related to project like Release of drawing, procurement, etc.
- Organise Review meeting for projects.
- Prepare project fact sheet, synopsis, cost plan, resource plan.
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly progress report.
- Monitoring day to day site activities as per schedule and provide remedies Plan accordingly.
- Follow up with Vendor for Plan v/s Actual work for timely completion of project.
- Follow up with clients.
- Preparation of Change log.
