Technology Manager - Extrusion (6-8 yrs)
- A person having all the Technology related tasks in Extrusion and Bead process
- B.E. Mechanical / B.Tech ( Rubber Technology)
- Responsible for all the Technology related tasks in Extrusion and Bead process
- Responsible for coordination with CFT, Technology team, R&D for supporting New Product Development(NPD )actions and all other Extrusion Process related actions.
- Industrialize of new dies as per time line - Annual NPD plan.
- Responsible for managing the technology team in extrusion/bead area
- Optimize the use of existing material / alternate material for cost/rationalization/process benefit
- Analyze product failure due to extrusion and bead process variations and take necessary improvement measures Review of key product and process parameters and initiate actions.
