Technology Supervisor (5-6 yrs)
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering an ABET accredited program
- Experience with managing an engineering team that supports external customers
Skills :
- Strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
- Strong in-person and virtual communication skills with direct reports, customers,engineers, and internal colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment in a self-directed manner
- Time management / prioritization skills that enable you to manage multiple tasks/projects at the same time.
- Knowledge and understanding of principles of commercial construction with a focus on applications, sales, and support.
- Familiar with electrical and mechanical lab equipment to support test programs and requirements.
- Ability to identify product and/or installation requirements from relevant codes and standards
Preferred Skills :
- Project Management skills
- Experience relating to seismic bracing, wind bracing, plumbing layouts, electrical layouts, and cable tray management, a plus.
- Knowledge of local building codes and standards
