Key Responsibilities:

- Install televisions for customers in their homes or businesses, ensuring proper connections and functionality.

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to television performance, including picture quality, sound, and connectivity problems.

- Perform repairs on televisions, including replacing faulty components, soldering, and other necessary procedures.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and explaining technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.

- Conduct routine maintenance checks on televisions to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest television technology and trends, including smart TVs, LED, OLED, and other display technologies.

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing installations and repairs.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Technical degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience in television installation, servicing, and repair is an advantage. Freshers can also apply.

- Strong knowledge of television technology, including hardware, software, and connectivity.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license and own transportation is an advantage.
