Role - Territory Service Manager (West).

Experience - 8 to 12 Years.

Location - Mumbai, India.

Mode - WFO.

Salary - As per market standards.

Notice Period - Immediate to 60 days.

Mandatory Skills: Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical diagnostic imaging equipment such as CT and MRI machines. Good to have someone who has team leading or team building experience. Currently working in healthcare settings, such as hospitals and clinics, requiring adherence to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

- Lead and manage a team of service engineers within the assigned territory, providing direction and support to ensure high performance.

Service Operations:

- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical diagnostic imaging equipment such as CT and MRI machines.

- Ensure timely, accurate service delivery to meet customer expectations.

- Manage service contracts, warranties, and maintenance agreements to maximize operational efficiency.

Customer Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Technical Expertise:

- Stay current on the latest advancements in medical diagnostic imaging technology.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the service team.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and inventory management.

- Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs.

- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

- A minimum of 5 years- experience in service management within the medical diagnostic imaging industry.

- Strong technical knowledge of medical diagnostic imaging equipment (CT, MRI).

- Proven leadership and team management experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.

Work Environment:

- Frequent travel within the designated territory is required.
