The House Of Rare - Procurement Executive - Project MIS (3-5 yrs)
Job Summary: Procurement Executive - Project MIS will be responsible for managing procurement activities related to project-based operations, ensuring that all materials and services are procured in a cost-effective, timely, and efficient manner. The role involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining accurate procurement records, and leveraging the Project MIS to optimize procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement procurement plans in alignment with project requirements and timelines.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
2. MIS Integration and Reporting:
- Utilize Project MIS to track procurement activities, monitor budgets, and generate reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records in the MIS.
- Provide data analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
3. Vendor Management:
- Identify and qualify new vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
4. Cost Control and Budget Management:
- Monitor and control procurement expenditures to stay within project budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce procurement costs.
5. Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Communicate procurement statuses, potential issues, and resolutions to relevant parties.
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the procurement process.
