ROLE OVERVIEW :
What We're Looking For:
- Experience : 3- 4 years in a similar role.
- Location : Based in Mumbai, comfortable with working 5 days a week from the office.
- Skills :
- Exceptional calendar management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle personal tasks with discretion and efficiency.
- Proficiency in communication and time management tools is a must.
Key Responsibilities :
- Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle personal tasks and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
