Job Title : Project Management -Drives & Automation Metals Systems

General Role Description :

- Lead Drives & Automation Metals Systems Project completely from Sales Hands Off to Final acceptance to customer. Execute Project with full ownership of Project Cycle of Cost budget, Timelines,

Job Responsibilities :

- The Position will handle complete Project execution from Engineering Approvals till commissioning

- Will Prepare overall Project schedule in line with Contract expectations. Work out detailed Billing Plan and agreement with customer

- Will monitor milestone deliverables and execute Revenue plan, Review Risks and work closely with functions and stake holders on risk mitigation

- Close co -ordination with Corporate at Japan & Other Group Companies worldwide

- Follow Established process and Reviews of project including Risk Identification and Abatement Plan

- Engage with customer during complete project cycle and coordinate with all stake holders for resolution of open Issues and showstoppers

- Work closely with sourcing team for project supplies for Close monitoring of budgets and ensure profitability and protect margins

- Workout resource & mobilization plan for commissioning and final acceptance

- Act as site Manager, attend site meetings and push for effective utilization of resources at site

- Preparation of all reviews, progress reports and update internal stake holders on Risks and abetment plan

- Work with teams in closed co-ordination and positive attitude and Purpose

- Job requires Medium Travel of 3-4 days / Month for Site meetings, Vendor inspection as required

- For Large projects Site stay of 2-3 Months at site expected. Suitable Per-diem and travel assistance will be provided

Minimum Qualifications :

- Degree in Engineering - Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics

- 2-3 Years of experience in Engineering, commissioning of Electrical & Automation of Process plants

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of Installation & Commissioning of Drives & Electrical systems

- PMP Certification will have exclusive preference
