Traction Project Engineering Manager (8-24 yrs)
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably power electronics applications
- Knowledge of engineering quality, cost, and delivery management,
- Strong leadership and technical decision-making skills,
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders,
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,
- Familiarity with risk and savings management,
- Experience or understanding of cross-functional team management.
