About the role :

The Training Instructor will be a key member of the Operations/ Training team and will be responsible for the systematic designing and delivery of industry-focused EV courses.

Responsibilities :

As a EV training professional, you would engage in the following activities :

Preparing and imparting high-quality EV training to students :

- You would develop comprehensive training programs that cover various aspects of electric vehicles, including their components, functioning,maintenance, and safety.

- You would deliver these training sessions effectively, ensuring that students gain a deep understanding of EV technology.

Coordination and interaction with key players in the EV industry :

- You would establish connections and collaborate with prominent organizations, manufacturers, and experts in the EV industry.

- This interaction would help you understand the evolving skill requirements in the field and align your training programs accordingly.

Curriculum design for various roles in the EV industry :

- Based on your interactions and industry insights, you would design and develop curriculum frameworks for different roles in the EV industry.

- This could include programs for EV technicians, engineers, designers, sales personnel, and other relevant positions.

Planning the course delivery and detailed session plans :

- You would create a structured plan for delivering the training courses, considering factors such as duration, learning objectives, and participant demographics.

- You would also develop detailed session plans, including instructional strategies, activities, and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Creating online and offline training materials :

- You would develop a variety of training materials, both online and offline, to support the learning process.

- This may include presentations, videos, interactive modules, case studies, simulations, and hands-on exercises.

- These materials would enhance the trainees understanding and provide practical experience with EV technology.

- Coordinating scheduling, testing, evaluation, and certification: You would be responsible for organizing the training sessions, coordinating schedules, and managing logistics.

- Additionally, you would conduct assessments and evaluations to measure trainees' progress and competency. Successful completion of the training program would lead to certification or accreditation, indicating the trainees' proficiency in EV related skills.

Education, Skills and/or Work Experience Requirements :

- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical & Electronic Engineering with at least 8-20 years of experience in Automobile Industry.

- In depth knowledge of Automobile & electronics systems, functioning & maintenance, and Engine Management system (Interaction among Sensors/Actuators/ ECU)

- Thorough understanding of Auto electrical system including Battery (both lead acid & Li-on) charging, Battery management Sys (BMS), functioning of Controller, DC-DC Converter and Battery charger.

- Hands on experience with Electrical circuits and corresponding troubleshooting practices

- Knowledge on functioning of Li-on Battery, its charging, maintenance & Safety while handling.

- Should have worked in an Automobile company with exposure to EV technology
