Transcon Developer - Head - Construction (15-25 yrs)
- Leading end to end construction responsibility of the projects (multiple projects responsibility).
- Monitor job progress daily on to identify potential deviations quickly and remedy problems.
- Address structural issues, material issues, site conditions and various field issues proactively.
- Develop work plans and manage construction staff. Responsible for overseeing performance of contractors.
- Specialist in Technical bidding for contracts and tenders.
- Ensure adherence to overall deadline of the project. Monitor contractors- work - RCC contractors, Finishing Contractors, Block work contractors, Tiling contractors, Painting contractors for compliance with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and overall conformance with the contract documents.
- Assist in negotiating with contractors regarding changes to design, construction work scope, and schedules.
- Coordination activities with the Principal Architects, Structural Consultants, Fa- ade Consultants, Local Architects and other Peer Review Consultants on board.
- Have good hands on experience of technologies utilized in LEED structures and coordination with the LEED consultants for implementation and monitoring the required parameters.
- Spearhead progress meetings, develop status reports, and update the Management as required.
- Develops and manages budgets within established parameters.
- Recommend policy and procedure improvements.
- Develop and implements a quality audit program, monitor contractor corrective actions, and ensures a quality project conforming to plans and specifications.
- Support safety vision and compliance with all safety rules, policies, and procedures; maintains accountability for safety performance of subordinate personnel.
