Transport Manager (9-14 yrs)
Job Description :
We are mainly looking for candidates having strong experience in Driver management & Delivery boys management or Blue collar employees management and
- Identifying potential pilots & Onboarding at multiple locations
- Training on existing and upcoming modules
- Pilot PD interaction and coaching
- Ownership of resolving all pilot related issues
- Conducting safety audit, Ensuring SOP adherence
- Conducting PS infra check and ensuring hygiene.
- Coordinating with Central Team on upcoming projects
- Take initiatives on improving pilot utilization, TAT adherence.
- Lead all communications related to pilots coming from leadership team
- Ensure all activities related to pilots are conducted in sync with Rivigo Values
- Improve safety performance to achieve 7-sigma level of safety by conducting accident investigation of all reported/unreported accidents and drive implementation of Initiatives around root cause of accidents
- Improve safety performance of drivers, identify safety risk drivers, Coach, monitor and ease out those not improving.
