Job Description :
Principal Accountabilities
Operational
- Handling pan India Transportation including Vendor Management, Vehicle Planning, Revenue generation.
- Tracking of vehicle & Shipment Timely delivery of Cargo .
- Pod management, Timely biling to Customer . Credit control and control over due outstanding.
- Primary and Secondary Distribution, Key accounts Management, Business development, Fleet Management &Tracking of vehicle status.
- Arrange RTO Permission for ODC Cargo and resolve RTO and Border issue timely.
- Monitoring & Control over freight cost.
- Strict adherence of client & organization s SOP in Regional offices
- Regular visit to branch locations for ensuring implementation of SOP, implementation of policies/ activities, audit etc
- Handling of ERP Sys in relation to transport payments collections service levels & timely entries like Adjustments
Ensuring that necessary reports are maintained at all branch location on daily basis like Vehicle Placement Service Level, etc
Coordination with account department for timely release/ collection of payment.
Experience 4 - 6 yrs in distribution, Transportation & logistics management
Salary: INR 3, 00, 000 - 4, 00, 000 P. A
