- Management of Shift Arrivals/Departures for 62 buses
- Analysis of shift movement operations
- Resolution of complaints/issues on each route
- Implementation of Policy/process as given by site manager
- Documents Checks & Verification
- Bus pass monitoring issuance/cancellation & checking
- Input for MIS preparation - 3G operations and recommendations
- Shift supervisor supervision
- Assist in data generation
- Check maintenance task completion.
