Transport Planner/Transport Engineer (5-12 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- The job profile will include working in a multi-disciplinary team of Planners, Designers, and Engineers providing a professional design service to our clients.
The candidate shall have :
- Appropriate academic and professional qualifications (Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with Masters degree in transport planning/engineering)
- The candidate will be part of an established transport planning team analyzing traffic data, preparing traffic forecasts, developing transport mobility plans, public transport plans, and various other traffic and transportation studies.
- The job will also require developing and applying computer-based transport models (comprising highway and public transport/transit models) using state-of-the-art transport modeling software such as CUBE Voyager, VISUM, Vissim.
- The candidate shall have good Analytical skills, report writing skills related to transport studies
- Knowledge of the use of MS Office.
- The candidate will need to be highly self-motivated, ambitious, and be able to work efficiently with limited supervision.
He should be able to adapt to different cultures and working environments and able to build excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients.
It should have good written and spoken English within a business environment.
