TresVista - Receptionist - Administrative Support (1-3 yrs)
TresVista is looking for a Receptionist at an office/administrative support position.

- Founded by 2 ex-Merrill lynch bankers
- Strength is ~450 people and growing its client and revenue base at 50%
- Strong global client base - Primarily Private Equity firms. Some boutique investment banks and corporates
Responsibilities Assumed :
- Managing office guests
- Receiving and managing telephone calls
- Coordinating and communicating with other departments on a regular basis
- Scheduling and maintaining appointments
- Coordinating and organizing meetings
- Managing stationery requirements, pantry requirements, etc.
- Coordinating with HR Department for interviews
- Assisting HR in organizing internal events
- Providing other office support services
- Any other task assigned by Senior Management
Prerequisites :
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Professional personal presentation
- A well-groomed appearance
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Reliability and stability
- Information management
- Command over Microsoft Office tools, like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Attention to detail
Candidate Experience : 1-3 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree in any field
Compensation : Commensurate with industry standards
