We are seeking a skilled and motivated UAV Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAV design, development, and integration, with a keen understanding of electronics, payloads, and system components. This role involves working on various drone applications, including surveillance, agriculture, inspection, mapping, and more. You will be responsible for the complete UAV development cycle, from component selection to integration, tuning, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and integrate UAV systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for various applications such as surveillance, agriculture, inspection, and mapping.

- Select and integrate suitable electronics, sensors, and payloads to meet project requirements.

- Conduct PID tuning for stability and performance optimization.

- Perform component selection, assembly, and troubleshooting of UAV systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.

- Conduct flight tests and perform tuning adjustments to enhance UAV performance.

- Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, test protocols, and user manuals.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in UAV technology.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic UAV flying skills to conduct flight tests and evaluate performance.

- Proven track record of developing drones for specific applications such as surveillance, agriculture, inspection, or mapping.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in UAV development, with a strong focus on electronics and payload integration.

- Solid understanding of UAV systems, components, and integration processes.

- Experience in PID tuning and performance optimization.

- Knowledge of regulatory standards and safety protocols for UAV operation.
