Uber - Operations Lead (1-8 yrs)
Job role :
- The position is an off-payroll position [EXT requirement]
- Ensure productivity of supply sourcing channels for the category
- Innovate on new/low-cost supply acquisition channels
- Plan & Execute on-ground buzz creation activities to generate higher product awareness
- Manage a team of tele-calling
- Manage multiple vendors & third parties to carry out all marketing operations & backend experts for BAU continuity
- Be the single POC for launch activities in other cities of TN
Ideal candidate :
- Has worked in a startup environment, primarily in operations (1-5 years)
- Has handled all ground ops efforts and worked on tight timelines
- Must have strong communication skills and presentation ability. Will help as a bonus if he/she has analytical skills (eg. Spreadsheet analysis)
- Bachelors degree from a tier 1 Chennai institute : for eg. NIT, MIT, SSN, SVCE, Anna University, Loyola etc.
- Tamil speaking candidate is a must
