Job Summary :

Is responsible for managing project activities for large scale PV projects from conceptualization to execution including technical specifications, stage inspections, monitoring, vendor management etc. Leading a team to create comprehensive designs/plans, layouts, working drawings, construction detail to ensure execution of projects within time and budgeted parameters.

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Providing technical consultancy to the company for the existing installed solar ground mounted and roof-top projects

- Large scale PV plant design

- Performing feasibility study - Solar Park development, Site selection, Energy feasibility report, DPR, costing, Civil support etc.

- Managing project activities from conceptualization to execution including technical specifications, stage inspections, monitoring, vendor management etc

- Leading a team of designers and engineers

- Performing feasibility studies like energy yield prediction, testing and commissioning activities

- Cross-functional coordination

- Resource Management

- Safety Management

Competencies Required :

- Expertise in detailed design engineering of solar PV Power plant of 10MW+

- Analytical thinking

- Project Management

- Swithchyard designing and electrical designing

- Knowledge in solar application software tools

- Strong inter personal skills and relationship orientation

Experience and Qualifications Required :

- Diploma/Engineering/M.Tech in electrical engineering

- 10+ years of experience in Solar PV, Electrical designing and providing technical consultancy

- Should have handled a team size of 10 plus
