The UOC Engineer Lead at Avera Operation Centre for Integrated Manufacturing Operation Management (iMOMS) plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the operational and technical aspects of the Avera Operation Centre. This leadership position is essential in driving the successful integration of manufacturing operations and ensuring efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the medium to large-scale unified operations project as a functional consultant.

- Lead requirement gathering, customer workshops, elaborate requirements, define KPIs, use cases, mock-ups, and author FDS.

- Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components.

- Work with the technical team to translate functional requirements to technical requirements. Need to be involved in technical discussions like integration discussions and support the technical team.

- During the entire lifecycle of the project, front facing the customer, lead pre-FAT, FAT, SAT, and closure.

- Support project/organization leadership with all relevant information for planning and execution.

- Work closely with the Project Manager throughout the project for successful delivery and closure of the project.

- Responsible for quality and on-time delivery of the project.

- Lead and manage the UOC team to ensure seamless Avera Operation Center operations

- Implement and optimize iMOMS for improved manufacturing operational efficiency

- The candidate should have knowledge of various business processes involved in the entire supply chain of the Oil and Gas industry.

- Capability to define KPI and provide use case scenarios for various departments/functions in Oil and Gas domain.

- Experience in working with historians such as Aveva PI, IP21, PHD etc.

- Should have experience with development skills in tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, P2, Aveva PI Vision, Wrike, Web Solutions like HTML5, etc.

- Should have worked on integration and data sources: IoT Data, Analytics, CCTV videos, GIS maps, ERP Systems, and Engineering P&ID Diagrams.

- Extensive experience in customer handling, requirement gathering, and Definition of solutions.

- Experience in leading the design and execution of data integration strategies across multiple applications using IT and OT protocols.

- Understanding production accounting/Mass balancing, Operation Management, and plant data models is a plus.

- Working as a functional consultant for IRIS, MES, and iMOMS types of solutions is a plus.

- Working experience in deploying solutions on cloud/virtual machines.

- Should have good experience in configuring redundant/highly available data/communication, or application servers.

- Should have good experience in configuring backup and disaster recovery of the UOC system.

Required Qualifications:

- B.Tech., M.Tech. in Chemical / Petrochemical / Process Engineering or any engineering

- Minimum 8 - 12 years of experience working in Oil and gas, Systems Platforms and UOC portfolios.

- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing UOC projects.

- Working knowledge of UOC technologies and practices

- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Certification is any course completed in AI / Data Analytics / Deep Learning.

- Excellent written and spoken English skills.

- Should not have any constraints on travelling.

- Experience in working with large, diversified teams and working as a team player.

- Proven experience in UOC management and iMOMS implementation

- Proficiency in relevant software and technical tools for UOC and iMOMS

- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
