- To perform field service activities involving the installation supervision, commissioning, maintaining, modification and repair of UPS equipment.
- Responsible for a region or subgroup of field services.
- Performs maintenance for UPS equipment including batteries.
- Trains customers on equipment operation and maintenance of products.
- Responsible for identifying and reporting failure modes encountered when in the field.
- Also responsible for determining the cause of these failures.
- Solve UPS problems at customers site and provides reports on these issues.
