Head Purchase
1. Overall incharge of the Purchase team for the food business division of Elite Group.
2. Major commodities : raw wheat, rice, sugar, oil, egg, packing material, engineering spares etc. Should have done sourcing of atleast 75 - 100000MT of wheat in the last 5 years.
3. Sourcing from different locations esp MP/UP/Rajasthan / Maharashtra etc and knowledge of various mandis, brokers of wheat purchase.
4. Knowledge of major commodity vendors and location
5. Ability to beat the market in terms of commodity price fluctuations and stocking accordingly
6. Manage the team and build the team
7. Reporting to the Director
NOTE : The candidate should have experience in purchase, specifically in purchasing of raw wheat about 50000MT in a financial year .
