Utilities/Offsite Engineer (4-15 yrs)
Detailed Job Description:
- Company's U&O Engineers apply their in-depth knowledge of Utilities & Offsites in preparation of company's Schedule A package.
- Generate specifications for vendor package items like steam system, Compressed/ Instrument Air system, Cooling water system, Refrigeration package, DM Water Plant, Flare system, Storage tanks etc.
- Generate/ review specifications like utility requirements for various process units.
- Provide guidance to Design engineers regarding customer questions and deviations related to U&O system/ specifications.
- Basic familiarity with refinery processes and operations.
- Working knowledge of related industry standards
- Participate in vendor, internal, customer meetings related to U&O area.
- Work with other global U&O specialists.
- Familiarity with related vendors and their products.
- Ability to perform technical evaluations of vendor proposals.
