Job Description :

- We are looking for a Maintenance and Utility Manager who is well-versed in both equipment maintenance and utility functions, with a strong track record of leadership and experience in the electronic manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of more than 50 professionals, ensuring efficient maintenance operations, and managing utility services critical to our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Equipment Maintenance : Lead the maintenance team in ensuring the continuous operation and optimal performance of production equipment and machinery.

Utility Management : Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of utility systems, including power supply, HVAC, water supply, and waste management, to support manufacturing processes.

Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of more than 40 maintenance and utility professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Electronic Industry Expertise : Leverage your extensive experience in maintenance within the electronic industry to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.

Strategic Planning : Develop and implement maintenance and utility strategies that align with the company's production goals and objectives.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards related to maintenance and utility operations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or a related field.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in equipment maintenance and utility functions, with a focus on the electronic industry.

- In-depth knowledge of equipment maintenance best practices and utility systems management.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
