Veeram - Injection Mould Maker/Die Maker (15-20 yrs)
Experience required - 15 years
Location - Coimbatore / Chennai
Responsibilities:
- Make new moulds according to company's specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure the mould design meets functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on completed moulds to ensure they meet quality standards, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues or malfunctions with moulds, identifying and resolving problems to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain and repair existing moulds by cleaning, polishing, and replacing worn or damaged components to ensure their longevity and optimal performance.
Skills
- 15+ years experience as a Injection Mould Maker or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
