KPI : 

Performance :

- Setting the targets for vehicle level drivability performance

- Benchmarking of drivability performance

- Work with COC's to ensure that the drivability performance targets are met

- Drivability tuning and vehicle level calibration in all environmental conditions.

- Prepare vehicle level DVP and keep it up to date for new failure modes, learnings

- Participate in component / sub system level DFMEA/DVP which could impact drivability

- Provide solutions for problems observed during vehicle validation / assembly line / field

- Release performance evaluation report

- Prepare lessons learnt (TGR/TGW) document at the end of every program to enrich the DVP's for future programs

Durability :

- Participate in component / sub system level DFMEA/DVP which could impact drivability

- Prepare the Vehicle level validation DVP for all the areas /terrains for each/specific aggregates

- Work with COC's for the failure reporting and corrective action

- Ability to provide the solutions for the failures occurred during testing of entire vehicles of any aggregates

- Specialization in Battery/high voltage/Powertrain /electricals to define the issues

- Prepare Report to the concerns

- Ability to meet the target timelines by highlighting all issues

Key competencies :

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills

- Collaborative competencies across various functions in Engineering

- Ability to work smoothly and cohesively with internal & external stakeholders, be a good team player

- Engineering experience in 4-Wheeler industry and knowledge of validation processes

- Support concept demonstrator, prototype, performance evaluation, lunch display vehicles build to resolve drivability related issues
