Vendiman - Operations Manager (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Completes location operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
- Maintains location staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Ensures availability of merchandise at each location.
- Monitor and control inventory levels at each location
- Coordinate transportation and distribution of stock with warehouse
- Identifies customer requirements by establishing rapport with clients.
- Collect data and analyze reports to inform decision-making
- Review historical operations data and reports to identify areas for improvement and innovation
Requirement :
- Proven experience as area manager, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role
- Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success
- Working knowledge of ERP software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Experience : Min 10 years to experience in warehouse handling.
- Industry : preferred experience from Retail and FMCG sector.
