Vendor Management Executive - Contract (0-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Making Staffing Solutions, Planning, Executing and onboarding the practitioners for Demands across all locations in India.
- Closely working business and Daily Governance call with vendor to make effective staffing as per the Client needs.
- Closely working with Partner's/Vendor/Consultancy in terms of Quality resume submission and the selection ratio.
- To Maximize Re-Deployment Numbers by utilizing bench of Vendors
- Following fair and ethical practices by giving equal opportunities to all Stakeholders / Vendors as per Process
- Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling Walk-in's drives for huge ramp-up in Large Account.
- Own and deliver all staffing needs for the PA for all requirements across skill areas. Manage end to end staffing as a single point contact connecting with all stakeholders
