Looking for MBA's with strong leadership management skills with focus on supply chain management experience.

- Open to considering core procurement resources who at some point would have managed HR vendors or service contract vendors (not IT vendors). In HR vendors, the person should have handled different types of vendors not just insurance vendors which is very common

- Having exp in managing vendors globally not just in India

- Major role in managing vendors include - managing vendor contracts globally, vendor billing, SLA- s, out of scope work, global vendor empanelment, vendor contract renewals etc

- Mobility/HR experience not mandatory

The job responsibility is as follows:

- Ability to oversee the relationship between Global Mobility vendors (global/regional)

- Manage the vendor relationships from the start of the contract through the ongoing contract period and after, managing the financial analysis

- Extend strategic assistance on vendor management and partner closely with relevant stakeholders like procurement, finance etc

- Support the working relationship with vendors

- Track, monitor and control costs, drive service excellence and mitigate risks to gain increased value from vendors throughout the contract life cycle

- Ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders

- To encourage adoption with the requirements on penalty program if any for vendors that failed to comply with their requirements by identifying and assessing the supply chain failures leading to concerns on vendor compliance

- Preparing reports and related analysis of data,

- Managing Functional emails/queries on vendor management

- HR tools support

- Work experience is 8-10 years

Compensation offered:20-24 Lacs
