Experience - Min. 20+ yrs in Steel Industry.
- Suitable candidate should have experience with HR, Admin and handling local agencies and labour.
- Candidate should have experience in managing commercial operations like Basic Production, Manpower Management, Plant Projects and Construction Activities, accounting, Basic filling of GST Returns, Local Procurement, Stores Management.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's techno-commercial operations, aligning them with overall business goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and revenue. This includes market research, lead generation, and negotiating contracts.
- Possess deep knowledge and understanding of both technical and commercial aspects of the business. Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between technical and commercial teams.
- Develop sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to evaluate the viability of projects, investments, and business opportunities.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and mitigate financial risks.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Negotiate and finalize techno-commercial agreements, contracts, and partnerships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively to convey complex technical and commercial information.
