Key Responsibilities:

1. Vinyl Application:

- Apply vinyl graphics, decals, and wraps to a variety of surfaces including vehicles, windows, walls, and signage.

- Ensure all applications are bubble-free, smooth, and adhere correctly to the surface.

- Use tools such as squeegees, heat guns, and cutting blades effectively for application and finishing.

2. Surface Preparation:

- Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion of vinyl materials.

- Measure and mark surfaces accurately to align and position graphics as per specifications.

3. Installation and Finishing:

- Perform precise cutting, trimming, and finishing of vinyl applications.

- Handle installation of large-scale graphics, wraps, and custom designs both indoors and outdoors.

- Conduct on-site installations as required, adhering to safety protocols and client specifications.

4. Quality Control:

- Inspect completed applications to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.

- Make necessary adjustments and repairs to achieve flawless results.

5. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on vinyl application machinery and tools.

6. Customer Interaction:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Offer professional advice on materials, finishes, and design options.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and timely project completion.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in graphic design or a related field is a plus.

- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in vinyl application.

- Proficiency with vinyl application tools and equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

- Ability to read and interpret design specifications and blueprints.

- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for off-site installations).

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periods.

- Capability to lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
