Virtual Executive Assistant (1-2 yrs)
Job description :
- CEO of our Software client in USA is looking for a virtual executive assistant to be based out of Chennai.
- Candidate can work from home between Noon and 9 PM India Time as long as they have a reliable internet connection at home.
- Job will primarily focus on creating presentations/word documents/excel sheets for the CEO along with paper work creation, scheduling meetings, searching candidates on portals and other ad-hoc assistant duties.
- Candidates willing to commit 20 hours/week (but with 2 hours/day overlap with US Eastern Time in the evenings) can also apply.
