VMC Operator - Industrial Products (2-5 yrs)
Role: VMC Operator
Responsibilities:
1.VMC Operators are highly skilled professionals, able to work with great concentration and precision. They must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines
2. Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
3. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
4. Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
5. Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
6. Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
7. Proven experience as VMC operator, setting (work offset & tool offset)
8. Skill in operating VMC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
9. Good communication abilities
10. High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus
11. Minimum 2 to 4 Experience in VMC & Ready work on shift basis
12. Food & Accommodation not providing from company side at present, In future we can possible do.
