Vodafone - Head - Admin - Property & Facilities (8-12 yrs)
Property & Facilities Head/Admin head
Role title : Property & FM Head
Function : Administration
Role purpose :
- Responsible for the entire gamut of administration for the circle - Security, Travel & Cafeteria management.
- Responsible for property survey, acquisition, project management & transition as per business needs.
- Support HR Head in driving the HSW agenda, identify gaps related to HSW in the processes and services facilitated by Administration and fill the same. Compliance to governance & DOA
Key Accountabilities :
Be an internal service provider providing uniform, efficient and cost effective services while continuously benchmarking ourselves with the best in the industry.
- To finalize / modify / terminate SLAs for new/existing vendors.
- Carry out periodic audits, surveys for gap analysis and corrections across related activities.
- Partner with business towards identification of space requirements
- Enter into lease / rent agreements for setting up / expanding / shifting offices, GH, company retail stores & warehouse etc.
- Finalize layouts and specifications basis with inputs from stakeholders, raising capex, initiate and complete project work as per specification and time lines.
- Support the Health Safety and Wellbeing policies and procedures rolled out from time to time. Ensure compliance, report non-compliance and actively participate in all HSW related campaigns and activities.
- Prepare the annual Property & FM budget.
- Ensure that the HSW policy & guidelines are communicated to all employees / associates, vendor partners related to delivery of admin services.
Manage vendor relations; negotiate pricing, monitor service levels.
- Ensure staff occupying the premises has a comfortable working environment
Manage employee relations through interactions, surveys and provide feedback on action taken.
- Monitor operational efficiency of the team by ensuring TATs and compliance to guidelines.
- Proactively manage the interfaces with Corporate admin, other circle admin to leverage best practices
- Manage the entire team both on and off roll as well as the SLA vendors to deliver on the property & FM agenda open house & other interventions
- Support HR Head in driving the safety agenda, quality initiatives like Fast Forward, Change Management, Employee communication, team development
Must have technical / professional qualifications :
Education :
Graduate : Essential
Post Graduate : Preferred
Direct reports / Team Size : 3 On roll and Off roll associates
