VP/Head - Supply Chain (8-15 yrs)
1. Determining and executing the logistics strategy for integrated logistics operations of the company
2. Plan, design and communicate supply chain management plan covering key areas like warehousing, Logistics etc
3. Responsible for P&L, Customer service improvement, logistics transformation, end to end supply chain management
4. Managing entire gamut of Supply Chain viz warehousing, first mile, 3PL, Last mile etc.
5. Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
6. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
7. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
8. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
9. Operations planning, Vendor management, contract negotiations, warehousing planning
10. Optimizing unit economics of supply chain operations, minimizing RTO, DTO etc
11. Collaborating with Demand, Supply and other teams for smooth end to end logistics operations and achieving benchmark performance to maximize business results
12. Maintain requisite metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
MUST HAVES:
Minimum Relevant Experience: 8+years
Domain-Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing
Top 3 Mandatory Skills:
1. Must have experience in end to end logistics operations.
2. Must have experience of handling P & L
3. Must have experience of managing entire gamut of Supply Chain
