VP - Projects - Civil (20-30 yrs)
- Candidate must be a BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Must have Experience in CPWD/Govt Projects
- Overseeing multiple construction projects
- Ensure execution as per design, IS Codes within in budget and scheduled time
- Managing stakeholders, mentoring construction teams on safety, quality and cost control
- An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals to achieve the best results.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
