VP - Projects (Food & Beverage Background)
Salary Budget : Rs. 30-35 Lakhs Per Annum
- Responsible for setting up standard operating procedures (SOP- s), tracking systems, dashboards, budget & execution status reviews for Projects vertical and ensuring adherence to timelines and project delivery.
- Creating a strong repository of architects, designers, construction contractors, project service experts, MEP consultants, exhaust & air conditioning consultants across multiple locations to cater to the ongoing demand of expert project management within the organization.
- Coordinates design and engineering efforts; sets-up, monitors, reviews and reports on financial status of the project(s) and is responsible for end-to-end project execution and coordination.
- Good working knowledge of key negotiation levers wrt F&B projects.
- Good working knowledge of types of materials and equipment's available wrt F&B operations internationally and nationally and demonstrated applied experience of the same.
- Visits job site(s) as needed to review progress and quality of work.
- Reviews shop drawings and submittal to ensure compliance with scope of work dependent upon the site requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective feedback mechanisms, rapport, and simultaneously ensure control over each site under project.
- Drive innovation within the Projects vertical via design, material used, time taken, cost reduction etc.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Full time Bachelor of Technology - Civil from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Project management across various roles within the project function across reputed & large F&B operator(s) with multi location project handling experience.
- Strong technical background and demonstrated understanding of key F&B related nuances wrt projects like MEP, exhaust & air conditioning planning, equipment planning etc.
