Job Responsibilities :

- Responsibility to lead the mission of delivering quality product to the customer.

- Lead team & processes that ensures 100% quality check before the apartment is handed over to the customer

- To conduct Quality Assurance services through the implementation of a three phase control and oversight system.ie; preparatory phase, initial phase and follow up phase.

- Attend initial and follow-up inspections in accordance with approved and applicable quality control plans and fully document the results of those inspections.

- Inspect the contractor's initial work efforts and provide comments and recommendations as to the Contractor's adherence to the contract documents.

- Perform review of construction contractors- or service providers- quality control reports to assure that the quality control operations are adequately documented (including such activities as level of inspections, inspection results, testing procedures and results, deficiency correction actions, etc.)

- Provide quality assurance inspections and surveillance of construction contractors- or service providers- quality control programs and safety programs

- Review ongoing construction work or services being provided to verify that materials and workmanship or services conform to contract requirements.

- Monitor, evaluate and make recommendation concerning deficiency clearance activities performed by construction contractors and service providers.

- Monitor the construction contractor's and/or service provider's performance during warranty period (Defect liability period) and report findings.

- Monitor any warranty actions in order to verify the contractor's compliance and report findings.

- Analyze the quality issues across projects and identify the reasons for the quality defect aspect.

- Ensure the repeated mistakes are highlighted to the projects team to ensure contractors are pulled-up for quality issues

Desired Experience & Qualification required :

- Degree in engineering with 15 + years of experience in construction of high rise offices, residential buildings, Commerical & retail buildings as a quality manager, safety manager, field engineer, or comparable position.

- Must be fully conversant with construction quality management techniques.

- Exposure to civil maintenance works would be an added advantage .
