VP/Senior VP - Project Planning & Coordination - Real Estate (15-20 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Formulating operating budgets and managing overall operations for executing projects within cost & time norms.
- Liaising with Indian & foreign Architects, Consultants (STR & MEP), Contractors, external agencies for smooth operations.
- Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
- Supervise the activities of all the assigned properties including determining schedules, schedule of values and submittal approvals.
- Negotiation with Contractors, Sub-Contractors, external agencies, Finalization of Bulk Buying Material & Award of Works.
- Responsible for completion of assigned projects, meeting quality and safety goals of the company.
- Development of standard, operating procedures & constantly upgrading learning and development of the team.

- Construction Management, Strategy Planning,
- Procurement, Contract Management., Real Estate, High Rise Buildings.
- Value Engineering, Operations Management, Resource Management.
- Liaison with senior officials in achieving the desired results set by seniors.

Experience: 15 to 20 Years
Approximate Age: 40 to 50 Years
Preferred Education : B.Tech (Civil) and MBA
Minimum Qualification : B.Tech (Civil)
