Educational Qualification : B.Sc (Tech) Oils & Surfactants or M.Sc Organic Chemistry

Experience : Total 10 to 15 years in QA Department from reputed organization in the field of Pharma, Soaps & Personal Care Products. Minimum 8 years of hands on experience in QA.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and maintain Quality Systems that are in compliance with various quality standards and regulations.

- Provide recommendations and solutions regarding problems related to quality aspects across organization and cross functional linkages for quality.

- Represent company during client visits, audits and regulatory agency inspections.

- To compile and maintain ALL Technical Data as required from customers directly or through corporate.

- To audit production and QC Departments periodically to ensure adquecy of documentation, compliance to technical dockets and effectiveness of corrective & preventive actions.

- Maintain CAPA and complaint handling systems, ensuring timely reporting, adequate root cause investigations and compliance to scheduling and completion of resulting action items.

- Collate, evaluate data and identify areas for improvements. Evolve/recommend and implement remedial actions, follow PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Analyse) cycle and monitor effectiveness.

- Follow and implement ISO Quality Management System in spirit.

Technical Skills and Knowledge :

- Should know about the QA function as applicable in Pharma, Personal care area.

- Should know the QA practices in terms of adequacy, compliance and effectiveness

- Should be able to provide inputs towards improving the existing systems based on the business requirements

- Should be a self starter and capable of guiding other team members.

- Should have good inter personal skills and should be capable of inter acting with cross functional teams.

- Should have good inter active skills for effective oral and written communications at all levels.

- Should have adequate auditing skills for effective monitoring of the quality systems and improvements.

- Should have knowledge & good understanding of the Quality Management Systems
