To strengthen our Quality Team at Dubai, we are looking out for young and dynamic professional. The details of role are as below :

Position : Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance

Department : Quality Control

Location : Dubai, U.A.E.

Required Qualification : M.Sc./B.Pharm./M.Pharm.

Direct Reportees : Officer - QA

Role Purpose :

- To be responsible for regular QA activities, GMP, QMS documentation and communication with customers.

Technical Skills & Knowledge :

- QMS Exposure, IPQA Exposure, Knowledge of GC and HPLC

Risk Assessment, Validations and Qualifications :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- In Process Quality Assurance (IPQA).

- In-depth knowledge and exposure to analytical techniques like HPLC, GC

- Knowledge on Risk Assessment

- Handling and compliance of Customer Audit

- CAPA Implementation and follow up.

- Review and update of Master Validation Plan.

- Preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedure of QA/ QC function.

- Prepare & Review of Batch Manufacturing records prior to release.

- Follow up for timely calibration of equipment's in production area.

- Qualification of Equipment/ Utilities.

- Process Validation (Mixing and Filling)

- Planning and Execution of Internal Audits.

- To update and maintain Quality system documentation like NCR, CAPA, Deviation and Change control.
