Warehouse Coordinator (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Ensure that material handling, warehousing, packaging, shipping and receiving are done according to the defined schedule, the internal procedures and the customers requirements
- Ensures smooth material flow by practicing FIFO method,
- Prepares daily stock reports,
- Prepares consumption reports project wise and order wise,
- Ensures products are stored properly and labeled,
- Ensures proper documentation of inward material GRN and issue note while issuing the raw materials,
- Arranges packing of finished goods and ensures the dispatch documents are as per the actual dispatch,
- Coordinates with QC for inspection of incoming material,
- Quarantines rejected goods,
- Arranges all logistic supports to sales,
- Works on maintaining minimum inventory carrying cost,
- Handles deliveries of products, equipments, spare parts and/or certificates as required by the management;
- Handles / arranges the permanent inventory according to the predefined procedures,
- Uses 5s methodology for efficient stocking of different components;
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area, ensuring TDW safety standards are met,
- Ensures that all maintenance work related to the building are done in the best deadlines.
