Job Description

Position - Warehouse Manager

Location - Mumbai

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

- Drive warehouse operations: Inbound, Outbound in coordination with regional logistics & 3PL teams.

- Ensure Customer Order execution as per Dispatch TAT & timely execution of STOs.

- Assess space, manpower risks and propose short term & long term mitigation plans.

- Single Point of Contact for warehousing matters for HO stakeholders: Planning, Finance, Legal.

- SOPs In Place - In use for all warehousing processes

- Drive Operational efficiency, improve throughput, peak invoicing capacity

- Review SLAs with service providers and chart, execute process improvement projects

- Implement operations performance reporting - daily, weekly, monthly KPI reports

- Conduct Good Warehousing Practices Audit Internal & External

- Material handling controls, review inventory health and propose disposals periodically

- Ensure timely Contracts, Provisions, Payments review & submission for services & consumables

- Inventory Integrity ( FG & Spares ) at warehouses through IRA, Cycle Count process

Salary: INR 9,00,000 - 16,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Directly handled warehouse operations & supported commercial /sales objectives

- Good communication skills - written and oral

- Good negotiation & interpersonal skills

- Preferred Candidate from FMCG,FMCD,Sanitary ware,Ecommerce and Paint Industries.
