Warranty Representative - Equipment Maintenance - On Contract (10-25 yrs)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Only Candidates from Fertilizer Industry will be preferable for this job.
The Warranty Representative is responsible for the following activities :
a. Act as Companys' sole representative at site and liaison with client/sub-contractors for all warranty issues faced at site
b. Coordination and administration of warranty program
c. Gather and compile required information/operational data from client to evaluate the claim at site/office or by supplier of the equipment
d. Interface with managers, engineers, plant personnel, quality control inspectors, and outside contractors for discussion/evaluation of claim and implement remedial measures to liquidate claim
e. Keep the WC Log constantly updated for warranty tracking
f. Support the process of Warranty Costs Control in line with the Contractual requirement
g. Defend companys' position in front of client to minimize the cost associated with remedial measures of claims arising from mal-operation of plant, non-observance of recommended O&M practices
EXPECTED COMPETENCY :
a. Should have experience of plant maintenance especially for material handling equipment's, rotating drums, pumps, compressors etc.
b. Basic level knowledge of MS-office, email communication
c. Preferably should have worked in managerial position leading a team
d. Should be knowledgeable in the area of condition monitoring and troubleshooting
e. Should be familiar with preparation of Root Cause analysis for the issues faced in equipments
