Wash System Engineer - FMCD (2-5 yrs)
Reporting To : Living Solution R&D Team Leader
Qualification: Preferred M.E./M.Tech - Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics with good industry experience.
Job Description
Responsible for new Wash System development of Washing machine / Dryer for India and Global Application.
Apply Analytical tools for new USP development, Wash Algorithm dev. Develops and executes test plans.
- Identify and resolve all potential risk through DFMEA.
- Ability to trouble shoot and resolve system level issues
- Takes into account the consumer and process partner requirements.
- Basic understanding of customer and marketing expectations
Required Skills :
- Experienced in product development and new technology development
- Knowledge of Global Energy and Performance Standards [AHAM, IEC 60456, IS Standards]
- Strong theoretical knowledge of Fluid dynamics and detergent chemistry
- Good communication, Project & Team management skills
- Should be willing to travel within India / S. Korea or other part of the world for short or long duration.
Desired Skills :
- Knowledge of system Programming language - Python is preferred
- In depth knowledge of interfacing sensors both analog and digital - Plus
- Experience in any design/CAD software, Refrigeration / Air condition Cycle will be a plus
- Exposure and Experience in Six-Sigma ( black belt will be a plus)
- Working Experience with global teams
- Korean language proficiency (Speak, Read and Write) is added advantage
